Fried boiled egg with tamarind sauce by Thai grocery home cooking
Vegetarian meal with egg. Fried boiled egg with tamarind sauce (kai luk koey). You can taste adjust with vegetarian seasoning. However, the original taste should be sweet and sour. Boiled egg fry until crispy, dress with sweet and sour of the tamarind sauce, sprinkle with fried shallot, fresh coriander for more delicious and serve with rice.

Preparations fried shallots : heat oil in a wok and fry the sliced shallots until dark yellow.
* The one component that should not be left out, however, is the fried shallots.
* Add extra spiciness by adding fried chili.
