Thai yellow curry includes turmeric as one of the vital ingredients, giving the curry its typical golden-yellow hue. Directions : Heat a pan. Empty content of this packet. Add water. Add meat. Stir-fry until oil is separated. Add remaining water with potato and onion. Cook until done. Add sugar to taste. No MSG, Colourings or Preservatives Added / Makes 2-3 servings.
