Yellow sour curry is considered a comfort food for the people of Thailand’s southern region. Lavish amounts of fresh turmeric give this spicy, sour and salty curry. Authentic Thai Curry / No MSG, Preservatives or Artifical Colours Added / Makes 2 servings. Mix content of this packet with water. Bring to a boil. Add vegetables. Cook until tender. Add fish fillet. Bring to a boil. Add fish sauce and lime juice to taste.
