Thai people everyday, this dried soup set will give you the same delicious taste of Thai cuisine as using the fresh herbs, but with the added convenience of minimal preparation & very quick & tasty results. Clean production processes and GMP compliant and has been certified by the FDA.

Preparation :
1. Put one litre of cold water into a saucepan & bring to the boil, add the galingale, lemongrass & kaffir leaves to the water & allow to gently boil.

2. Add two or three small chopped red onions or shallots cut into quarters, followed by your choice of chicken, pork or seafood cut into small pieces & allow to simmer.

3. Once the meat is cooked, just add the chill’s a fish sauce to suit your own taste, add sour tamarind for delicious sour twist.

4. Add the powdered chili in the separate packet to your dish to make as hot as you like

5. Serve with hot rice & enjoy.
