Good quality multi-purpose instant self-raising batter that can be used to make all types of meat, seafood and vegetables. Simply dipped pieces of cod into Gogi Powder then fried in oil and served with tartar sauce. Absolutely perfect fish and chips.
Preparation and Usage :
1. Mix GOGI 150mg with 210 C.C. of water. (Portion of mixing can be determined as need)
2. Pour cold water into GOGI flour, mix well together.
3. Dip vegetable or meat into batter and fry in hot fat or oil until crispy golden brown.
