Gogi batter good quality multi-purpose instant self-raising batter that can be used to make all types of meat, seafood and vegetables. Simply dipped pieces of cod into Gogi Powder then fried in oil and served with tartar sauce. Absolutely perfect fish and chips.
Preparation and Usage:
– 1 sachet (150 grams) of flour mixed with 210 ml of cold water, adjust the proportion of use as needed.
– Pour cold water with Gogi flour, stir well
– Put the vegetables and meat in a hot oil pan. Fried until crispy and golden brown.
