Mae Payao Nam Prik Pla Duk Fu is a very popular Thai fish paste made with dry chilies, garlic, shallots and fish. This fish paste has fish as the main ingredient with the addition of other seasonings such as spices. Pla-duk-fu chili flake was cooked by catfish fillet and standard ingredient. This make good taste , nice-smelling and delicious.

Ingredients :  Fish fillet  52% ,Onion 16% ,Garlic 14, Tamarind 5%, Iodized salt 5%, Chili 4%.
