Nguan Soon its found, in 1954. Spices under the brand name “Hand Brand No.1” The company’s products were rapidly accepted by the national market and today is a household name in Thailand in terms of 100% pure spices and herbs.

Ingredients:
Tamarind 74%, Rice flour 22%

Directions:
1 tbsp. tamarind powder dissolve with 3 tbsp. of hot water for made tamarind sauce before use.
