Inquire about the product via email before placing an order. For the shipment to the USA, we are going to calculate only the product cost. We will contact you again by email to determine the most suitable shipping method within 5 days.

Products with packaging labels that show images of pork, chicken, eggs, or meat, even if the product contains none of these ingredients, for example Kuay Jap Instant Chinese Roll Noodle (with image of egg) or Instant Noodles (with image of pork), these are considered at risk of being prohibited items. DHL may still accept these products, but with very high shipping costs.

It is recommended to ship in personal consumption quantities, not exceeding 10 pieces of the same product. There should be other products included in the same shipment, without restricted labeling to increase the possibility to find delivery providers.

If the Customs determines that the shipment quantity exceeds what is considered personal use, or is instead for commercial import, they might request for import permit documents, or hold the shipment for inspection and contact the recipient for clarification, which may charge additional import duties to the recipient.

For bulk order, prepaid import duty for shipments

Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) means that it’s the shipper’s responsibility to pay any of the customs charges, duties, and/or taxes that are required to send the product to the destination country.

We offer a shipping option that includes prepaid import duty for shipments weighing up to 10 kg, at 3,500 THB (excluding product cost and standard shipping fees of 1,000 THB for the first kilogram, and 650 THB for each additional kilogram) and Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) Pay customs duties yourself.

Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) means that it’s the customer’s responsibility to pay for any of the destination country’s customs charges, duties, or taxes. These must all be paid for customs to release the shipment after it arrives.
