“Kaang Ped Kai” and “Kaang Ped Nuea” Red Curry Paste are the most popular in Bangkok and central plains. Likewise, Red Chicken Curry and Red Beef Curry are also favourite curries among foreigners who traveled. The coconut flavour is enhanced by adding 1 cup of coconut milk towards the end of the cooking process. The main ingredients are garlic, shallots, (dried) red chillies, galangal, shrimp paste, salt, kaffir lime peel, coriander root, coriander seeds, cumin seeds, peppercorns and lemongrass.
