The delivery time is approximately 7-14 days. *If items are held for inspection by the custom, it may take another 20 days.

It is recommended to ship in personal consumption quantities, not exceeding 10 pieces of the same product. There should be other products included in the same shipment, without restricted labeling to increase the possibility to find delivery providers.

If the Customs determines that the shipment quantity exceeds what is considered personal use, or is instead for commercial import, they might request for import permit documents, or hold the shipment for inspection and contact the recipient for clarification, which may charge additional import duties to the recipient.

Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) means that it’s the customer’s responsibility to pay for any of the destination country’s customs charges, duties, or taxes. These must all be paid for customs to release the shipment after it arrives.

Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) means that it’s the shipper’s responsibility to pay any of the customs charges, duties, and/or taxes that are required to send the product to the destination country.

Recommending Courier Post service – Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) which is available for shipment up to 10 kilograms. The recipient will be responsible for paying import duties, subject to customs discretion. Therefore, having a tax ID number is essential.
