Thai custard is traditionally served with soft warm bread as dipping. It can also be used for many other desserts . It can be refrigerated after mixed. No preservative added. One of the best known Thai desserts, this old traditional dish “Sangkaya” is sometimes served with sticky rice “Khao Neow”. Today, Thai bakers use custard as a filling in pastries, cakes and rolls.

Pandan Pudding With Ice-Cream

Ingredients:
– 1 liter water
– 600g mixture of cooked sweet potato, pumpkin and banana
– 100g cooked corn, barley, red beans and ginkgo seeds
– 50g coconut meat
– ½ teaspoon salt
– 1-2 teaspoons roated white sesame
