Ingredients:
Chicken Soup Powder 30%, Garlic 25%, Maltodextrin 20%, Ginger 10%, Sugar 5%, lodized Table Salt 5%, Soy Sauce Powder 3%, Coriander Root 2% Flavour enhancer (Disodium 5′-ribonucleotides)
Direction: For 2 servings
1. Put 1 cup (170 g) rice, 1 packet (25 g) Chicken Rice Seasoning Sauce Powder and sliced ginger in the rice cooker. Pour in 1 /2 cup (300 ml) stock soup or water, 2 tbsp vegetable oil and mix well.
2. Add 150 g chicken into rice cooker and switch on.
3. Steam till cooked. Allow the rice to stand time before serving.
*Serve with soup and dipping sauce.
Tips: Chicken Rice Dipping Sauce:
Prepare Fermented Soybean Sauce 3 tbsp, Sweet Soy Sauce 3 tbsp, Vinegar 2 tbsp,Chopped Ginger and Chopped Chili mix well and serve.
