Tips: When converting milliliters (ml) to grams (g), we must consider the density of the liquid. For example, fermented fish sauce is much thicker and saltier than plain water, and therefore weighs more than plain water in the same volume.

What is the ordering process?

Since this service is not yet available in most countries, automated ordering is temporarily disabled. Instead, we have created an initial product category for your review. If you are satisfied with the details, please place your order via email. Our team will then send you a quotation and proceed with the billing process.

Steps:

1. Send the item list and quantities.
2. Send a rough destination address (Postal code / Zip code, Province / State, and Country) via email for verification.
   
   We will verify shipping feasibility and provide an estimated price with the smallest possible margin of error.

If you are still interested in keeping us as your top choice, please provide your detailed shipping address, phone, e-mail and complete the payment using the account details we provided.

Please note that you can simply disregard the invoice if you are comparing prices with other stores; invoices remain valid for 10 days.

Please note that it will take 2-5 business days after payment confirmation for us to source the product and provide your tracking number. The shipment will then arrive at your destination within 7-14 business days.
